I have the digital voice and I am wondering how I get the caller id to show up on my t.v. I thought I had set it up before to show on my t.v. and now it doesn't and I can't find out how I did it.

This being my first posting I just wanted to thank you for the question as I was not aware this was an option available. I guess when the tech installs all my stuff on Thursday I will find out how.

First time users should click the link for Caller ID on TV (includes set up instructions and description of the service)
For users that have set it up and it stopped working, I find that if you do the following steps it will fix things.
Disable Alert Display (Menu>Settings>Caller ID on TV>Alert Display=Disable)
Reboot Set Top Box (Menu>customer support>in home agent>Reboot STB)
Enable Alert Display (Menu>Settings>Caller ID on TV>Alert Display=Enable)

Actually the new "Troubleshooting" option under that very same menu worked for me hope it sticks!!
