I have a couple issues with my caller Id. First caller id does not display on my TV, I have it activated and have reset the STB as I was told. The second and more important is that the caller ID very often tells the wrong information. It will tell me unavailable, or international, out of area ETC. The problem is it inconsistant, some time it is the correct information other times I get  international etc.. Also when watching TV the caller ID will pop up but the phone is not ringing. Any info? Thanks

Well the proper process is to disable the alert and then reboot the box and then enable the alerts again. Did you do it like that?
