I'm currently out of town. My son has been accepting collect calls from a friend in jail (i agreed he could do this) but now the system is saying Verizon will not accept any more collect calls for {edited for privacy} Please explain

its kind of like a bank when you have unusual charges, they may slow it down or stop it until you call in and verify that it's ok. use the contact us and reach out to verizon and find out what the real deal is. or call 800 VERIZON
