If my voice mail was working fine before I got fios, why is it all jacked up now and nobody can fix it?  I have no stutter tone so I don't know when I have messages.  I call every day when I get home to report that it's still not fixed and the techs get more and more annoying.  The man I spoke to today at 5:51pm named Angel was rude.

 

The question is how can I get a stutter tone to tell me when I have messages?

Hi Quiet_Storm, sorry you're having trouble with your message waiting indicator. It looks like a ticket was put in to correct your issue on 6/2. Are you still having issues with it?
