Hi,

New DSL install  for modem only12/31.  Today my landline went dead after having a whistling noise. (1/3/14).  I've checked service box.  Exterior line is dead.  How can I notify service?

Hopefully you reached someone by now.  Remember this forum is peer to peer and not really a way to contact Verizon.

Verizon was very prompt and helpful.  I switched to FIOS and am waiting for an intallation.  Thank you all for your help.
