Comment. I have had the same problems for two months. Contacting Verizon is hapless/useless because my wireless has no reception so I can't call Verizon and if I attempt to use that no dial tone trouble shooter, I get a broken link.
Considering how profitable Verizon is, I do not understand why the service is so inefficient.
