Got the triple package in November Fios TV/internet/freedom phone
I am a new customer and I am SO UNHAPPY!
I got the fios tv & internet and the freedom landline phone package and never got ANY INFORMATION on how to set up emails or router or what the phone package includes and how to access voice mail - even though I have asked via email and phone several times now!
I was sent a phone # to access voice mail and when I put my "password" in it tells me to call back when I remember it and hangs up!
