• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I am in the process of constructing a new home and the old pole needs removed because we have excavators coming to grade our land and the pole with wires dangling are dangerous and they cannot clear land with pole and wires dangling, they need to be tired into new electric lines above! Have tried 3 times to get help with customer service on the phone without success!! Could you please send contact info ! We are in Blacksburg,VA
I don't know if Verizon has a special number or web address for this. Try 1-800-verizon. Also check the pole. It may not "belong" to verizon. Varies from area to area, sometimes the power company owns them, etc.
