I swear Verizon has the worst repair service out there.
my phone is out of service again and they can't come and work on it till next week?
the last time my phone was out of service it took them five days to get it fixed.
As soon as there is another choice for a land line in my area I WILL be changing providers.
OH there cell phones don't work where I live either.
Fios has a same day/next day turn around on repairs. Is this Fios service?
I think that Verizon is focusing its attention on new products and services and people with POTS are ignored. FIOS gets immediate attention. In fact if you try to get repair for local service, you inevitably get connected to a FIOS repair center regardless of the option that you choose in the menu. Then its a bear trying to get to the right place. Sorry : (
