I do not know how to retrieve my voicemail. I have a voicemail passcode and password but don't know what to do with them..Would someone please post the step by step process for retrieving voicemail please?
try dialing *86 from your phone. You'll be asked for your passcode.
I have verizon freedom essentials home landline. How do I check voicemail? When I dial *86, I get a recording saying "all outstanding requests have been cancelled"
please help me, this is a nightmare.
Ok, I got farther by dialing my home number, then pressing *, then #, then I'm prompted for my password. Which I reset using the website an hour or so ago. It was reset to a 4 digit number. I enter that and the woman says it's not recognized. Jeez, this is so annoying.
