verizon switched me to a digital voice mail setup when i upgrade my fios tv package (go figure). i had regular voice mail before and my VCA app on my laptop was working just fine.
now the app doesn't show the latest calls and caller id doesn't work.
how can i fix this
Try these other online tools. I do not believe the VCA software works with Digital Voice.
thanks for the reference. what i am really after is Caller ID on my laptop. that doesn't seem to work any more either
is there a desktop app for caller id?
