Tech Services told me the 1.9 updated was going to be completed on 8-10 in area and as of today nothing has happend. I purchased the DVR Extender Drive based on this information and it can not be used till 1.9 is completed. Honestly the updates that are in 1.9 is how the service was sold to me and I had the same options with my previous vendor and this is a reason to cancel services.
They shouldn't have told you, although it is true it was expected to be rolled out to California and Texas then. But Verizon ended up stopping almost all new activity when the strike hit them that week.
