Fios 1 Is Wrong As The Guide Continues To Get Worse & Worse

Fios 1 channel 1 according to the guide should have several shows in a row called "push pause" but what is on channel 1 is a girl's basketball game instead of what the guide claims that it should be. Miami vs georgetown is what is playing right now and prior to the guide indicating that "push pause" was on the guide had fios 1 news listed when in fact it was also the very same girl's baketball game. Now i have no idea what you guys are doing or if you even care but the guide data not being accurate is a major issue for those of us who have dvrs and are trying to set things up to tape but can not do so because of how wrong the guide is. When you guys can not even make sure that your own channel fios 1 is accurate then that is a major issue and speaks volumes as to how profound the issues with the guide data is or just how completely inept your guide provider or the network group is who are being paid to make sure that everything is up to date. Now if i were not familiar with how wrong the guide usually is i would assume that you guys are all on vacation but these problems have been going on for a very long time. The only positive thing that i can say about channel 1 fios 1 is thanks to a software update done a week ago that many people did not notice there is now no difference between channel 1 fios 1 sd and channel 501 fios hd because you now have every channel in a widescreen and sometimes hd version for many of the standard definiton channels. I really do not think that it is too much to ask for when people simply ask for what they are paying for which includes an accurate guide which you are supposed to be providing. How any company can survive when they completely disregard all of the issues that exist with their tv service remains to be seen as fios continues to disappoint with all of the inaccuracies that exist with the guide. I have actually looked into this and i see that currently there is an outage ticket for the guide for customers throughout the country but nothing is improving as things continue to not match what the guide says should be there. Any outage as defined by verizon's annual customer notification which i recently received in the mail is subject to credits to a customer's account so at the very least you should be providing something in return for what is going on with the guide where you have a spanish package that is so far off that it is joke to try to watch anything on there. Dvrs are essentially pointless when you can not set up a series to record where at the very least you can credit people's accounts because they are useless without an accurate guide.
