Dear Verizon

I do like the that every time I change channels I get channel and program  information that takes up 1/2 of the screen for 5 seconds

My understand from FIOS tech support is that the new and improved enhancement can not be turned off

I am requesting that FIOS make this information an option that can be turned off or at the very least give us the option to make the text smaller

The upgrade makes TV unwatchable

Please fix this

You can press Exit to make the info bar disappear early.
