Where can I submit a complaint???

"Purchased" my domain via Verizon to host small business website and set up company email.

Can't get domain set up properly by Verizon.

Verizon hands me off to Google and Intuit, neither of whom can help, and both of whom CAN identify problem as Verizon's.

Verizon tells me that I have to call TUCOW.  Who the hell is TUCOW?  Turns out that is who VERIZON bought my domain from and is the registrar, but Verizon is the Registered Host.

Have called more times than I can tell you.

It has been 6 weeks, and umpteen hours of frustrating phone calls and transfers, no one knowing ANYTHING about domains and web hosting for Verizon.

Can't get any help.

VERIZON SMALL BUSINESS service is AWFUL.

DO NOT GET VERIZON SMALL BUSINESS "services" - you will end up ruining your business with nothing but a bill and no serivce.
