My business line was out Monday and Tuesday.  Worked Tuesday pm.  This morning the business and fax line are out.  Verizon said they can't have it repaired until 4/21 at the earliest.  This is a major hardship to our company and will cost us jobs.  How can it be that long to get a repair???
