I just checked my bill online and see that I have a past due balance of $115.21 as of 4/13/12 and no payments received.

I paid on 4/4/12 $188.13. On my account...

Now my bill says I'm in arrears and my total amount due is $222.98

This is no correct, I have paid my bill.

Someone please check into this for me.

I will be back on my computer at 3PM today....
