I am moving in a few days and need to switch my account to someone else's name because my roommates are still going to continue to live in the house. I tried calling customer service but the lady I talked to said that this could be done online.. I've yet to find where to do this. Does anyone know the fastest & easiest way to switch accounts? Thanks!
