I still cannot upgrade services via the website...

I am just trying to get Redzone and upgrade my package, but for over 2 years now I still cannot do this. I have been on 4 different "tech support" chats that go no where and the "network team" is always unavailable. I just spent 30 minutes on hold to the "local Verizon office" before I finally hung up...It is incredible to me that it is so difficult to add services to my account...

The error I get in three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox) is:

We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon office for assistance. Please call 1 800 - VERIZON (1 800 - 837 - 4966) to discuss your account options

I've even enabled popups, remove adblock, cleared cookies/cache, etc and still always the same.

Sorry you are having difficulty upgrading your service online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
