Personally--I think "ask Verizon" is a big joke. I have adked quesitons multiple times about not being able to use "contact us" links and have goten no where. Now I don't even ave internet access to my site to check or send emails. I don't pay big bucks to read "server down". It's inexcusable.

Not sure why contact us links don't work for you, although they made it more complicated. Use to be it just went to a page that displayed all the options available including the most basic Call 1-800-VERIZON. Most times you should get the simpleton ask Verizon (good for only really basic questions), but also support info pages, live chat, and of course the phone numbers.
