1 Year Amazon Prime

Hi,

 

A few weeks back, my amazon prime + echo offer was enabled. I logged into My Verizon and it's giving me the option only to redeem the amazon echo, but I dont see the tile to redeem the 1 year amazon prime offer. It also says I have to redeem the 1 year amazon prime before the echo, so I also cannot redeem the echo yet. Please let me know what I am doing incorrectly.
