I recieved a verizon email titled "Thank you: 10 days of free entertainment".
The email graphic is below, which gives the days that we could enjoy free on demand movies. We wached some on-demand movies during that time and were charged for all of them. I called verizon support and they said there is no record that we were ever sent this email, and there was nothing they could do.
