I've been trying to get a hold of someone that could help me with getting my $100 mastercard for using the refer a friend code. Neither I nor my friend has received it yet and it has been more than 3 months since account openning. Very disappointing that everytime i speak to someone from verizon on the phone they try to pass the issue off to another department. Keep getting transfer, and verizon expects customer to pay their bill on time but they can't allow customers to redeem their offer on time
