2 Year Online Price Changed After Agreeing To Terms

My 2 year agreement ended today (9/14) and when I checked pricing for a new 2 year agreement Verizon showed a new rate $124.99/mo, plus tax and fees.   I proceeded through checkout, but now the new monthly amount is $138.99/mo plus tax and fees.  I talked to customer service, but they didn't get anywhere.  They didn't seem to understand what I was telling them and I couldn't understand their explanation of why the price increased.
