So recently I was able to redeem a 100 dollar e gift card on 2/2/2021 I received an email stating that I would receive the e gift within 24-48hrs its been a few weeks now the status of the e gift card hasn't changed at all and its suppose to be used by the 2nd of march. I contacted Verizon to find out what's going on with the gift card but that ended up being a major waste of time I talked to 7 different people and not one person knew what was going on with that or what type of service I had. Seriously if you guys was going to give people this much of a problem over a promotion offer why offer that gift card in the first place??
