I ordered triple play bundle for 104.99 per month + DVR+2 digital adapters. My bill should have been around $130 a month. However due to a computer error in Verizon's system I have received billing for all three services seperately, amounting in over $300 a month in bills. I am not paying that because I did not agree to that. I still have my confirmation email showing that I did not buy three seperate services.
I have been unsuccessful in getting past the first round of Verizon phone agents. They keep passing me around like a hot potato. I have my phone records, just from my cell phone alone I have placed 29 calls over 3 months with over 435 minutes! That is not fair to me as the customer. I do not want any freebies, just what I agreed to pay. It is sad that you have to beg and plead with a company that you are paying for their service to get any sort of specialist who can fix the problem to come in and do so. There have been some great agents along the way, Lynn, but still, I just want the results and to stop having to speak to Verizon about something they should be fixing internally.
Does anyone have any advice? Should I contact the better business bureau? Consumer affairs? They will not connect me with the right people, and I do not want my credit score adjusted because I did not pay a bill that I did not agree to pay in the first place. Anyone from verizon please contact me. I am an active duty Marine and do not have the opportunity to spend this amount of time at work dealing with this company.
