Who at Verizon will actually do something for me?
How is it possible that I spend $272 a month for service, and when I get limited service for over a month, I am offered a $14 credit.
I should sign up with Comcast.
This is ridiculous

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Having a similar issue...I fell behind on payment and set up a payment arrangement...yet I havent had my complete HD service for about a month.I think its their way of bullying. So Im suppose to pay a bill next moth for services I dont even receive??? Watching SD channels,but being charged for HD...AND ITS HAPPENED BEFORE.Time to see what Comcast has to offer,before I break my pockets to pay for incomplete service
