$300 phony gift card

Yeah Verizon here's yet another unsatisfied/angry/betrayed customer posting about your $300 gift card scam! What a crock! I've read all the excuses you've madeand heard them on the phone while talkign to your rude customer service agents who make me feel like I am some kind of begger looking for a handout. NO I JUST WANT WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME! You're runnning the SAME EXACT deal right now. 2yr agreement, $79 month triple play, AND a free $300 card. NOWHERE did it or does it say anything about some special instructions or conditions to recievie it. I hope whoever is thinking about signing up for FIOS right now finds all these posts and chooses another provider. I wish I would've researched it more, but who in their right mind would think such a big company would need to screw its patrons out of $300?!?! REALLY!?!?! UNBELIEVABLE! And to think I was so excited to get FIOS instead of dealing with Comcast and their **bleep**. Verizon makes them look like angels.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

NSINGER,

We have closed your private support thread. We reviewed your account and could not see any sign of a gift card. Since you ordered your services online, there is no way to tell what you picked for your bundle and which promo you followed through the whole ordering process. In the end, you would have seen a gift card on the confirmation screen before you placed the order and after, on your confirmation email. Please feel free to make a new post anytime you need some help.
