I was upgraded to 50/50 free of charge. Why is there a fee now on my invoice?

Hi DAWKAW,

Do you not see a matching credit for the charge?  It would either be listed with the bundle itself or under "specials and promotions" on the bill

same things to me , now I cannot downgrade to 50/50 because they told me that i only have the option to downgrade to 25/25... good job verizon

I looked in the details of my current statement.  No, there is no matching credit for $27.50 on my current bill.  Can you fix this by adding a credit?
