All links on DSL My Account page>My Plan do not work

There are 2 ways to review or renew your DSL plan options from the My Account page.  Both of these links send you to http://www.verizon.net/renew, which comes up with a page not found error.

Please fix this link - it has been broken since February 6th.

15 days later and they're still not working. I tried 3 different browsers and someone else's computer just in case. It's definitely broken. It must be costing Verizon a ton of money as customers can't sign up for anything. This is asinine. This is the message I get every time: PAGE NOT FOUND The Page you requested cannot be found. Please click on any of the items listed below. Already a Verizon Internet Customer? * • Verizon Central * • Email & More * • Support * • My Account * • Entertainment * • Newsroom * • Safety & Security * • Shop Not a Verizon Customer? Where are you ?

The first things, that I see (after I log-in as need be) are:

Overview, My Bill, My Services, My Profile, Customer Service, and Newsroom.

If you are the original poster (OP) and your issue is solved, please remember to click the "Solution?" button so that others can more easily find it. If anyone has been helpful to you, please show your appreciation by clicking the "Kudos" button.

The "page not found" problem is now gone, but Verizon's web site is still broken! After loging in, I go to the "My Account" tab. When I click "You might be eligible for an upgrade. Please click here to check" I'm asked to login again and again and eventually I'm returned to the "My Account" tab again. Repeat. It's an infinite LOOP. This is absurd.

The url:

http://www.verizon.net/renew

is now functioning again.

Feel free to update your plans online.

Almost.  Now I get to a page that says "Customize Your Services" and below:

 "

Your High Speed Internet Plan

Get more speed and/or change your plan type.
Select Plan 1st Month Price

"

And then nothing. zilch. nada.  There are no options to select.  I still can't renew my plan.

And, it doesn't matter which browser on which OS I use, I tried several.
