There are 2 ways to review or renew your DSL plan options from the My Account page. Both of these links send you to http://www.verizon.net/renew, which comes up with a page not found error.
Please fix this link - it has been broken since February 6th.

Where are you ?
The first things, that I see (after I log-in as need be) are:
Overview, My Bill, My Services, My Profile, Customer Service, and Newsroom.

is now functioning again.

Almost. Now I get to a page that says "Customize Your Services" and below:
"
Your High Speed Internet Plan
"
And then nothing. zilch. nada. There are no options to select. I still can't renew my plan.

And, it doesn't matter which browser on which OS I use, I tried several.
