DONT do it I regret setting mine up I am getting ready to actually pay the early termination fee's because their cuwtomer service is the worst I have experanced in my life they care two {word filter avoidance} about any of their costumers very sad

Well, isn't that convenient? Closing the case doesn’t resolve the problem and it is now 15 weeks since my service canceling and no check.

I want to recommend to everyone NOT TO SIGN UP WITH Verizon. If you already did, cancel your auto pay, because Credit Card dispute is the only way to get your money back.

No this is how verizon operates!  If you speak bad to them, like I'm doing right now.  You suddenly find yourself disconnected, and they change your password on you.  {please keep your posts courteous}  It's like they get some perverse pleasure out of it!
