I cancelled my Verizon account, except for my cell phone, due to the over priced billing in Feb/March. Over a month ago, I received a letter from Verizon, stating that I am due a check due to an overcharge that I paid while Optonline took over. I am still awaiting my refund check.
I was thinking of returning to Fios, but I am not happy with the way your charges fluctuate from month to month with different specials. My friend got a great deal, but not it's changed again.
I need my money, so please send me my overcharge that I paid while I was paying Optonline and no longer with Verizon.
