Amazon Gift Card

I signed up for service in January 2019. As part of my package, I am supposed to have a $50 Amazon Gift Card, which I have yet to receive. I have contacted support multiple times and I've been told it's coming, I've been told it was sent, I've been told it has not been sent. I've spoken to many different people and departments and no one is helping. On MyFios page, there is a button to claim/redeem gift card, but when I click it, nothing loads; same thing happens on the app. 

Can anyone helps with this madness!? Seems like this has been an issue for other new customers as well.
