We signed up for the deal with the $100 dollar amazon gift card if you set up service before 12/31. We had an appointment set up, and then Verizon canceled the appointment because there was not enough people that day and pushed it up to 1/4. We talked to a rep that same day and they said it should be fine we'll still get the card and I'm sure they just wanted us off the phone. I talked to a CS rep now to find out that isn't the case and we aren't getting the card and there's nothing that can be done to make up for that. Why are we being penalized for something that was entirely 100% not our fault? Terrible way to start off new service.
