I’ve had this same issue. They say that you’ll receive a registration email or you can go on your profile and register after 30 days.... Then I got a message saying that I would have an email within 2 days...Long story short, it’s been about 2 months and every time you call, you’ Get bounced from customer support to promotions and nobody can help.


 I got the message below and theeen a rep said I had gotten the card in the mail and theeen two others saw that I never received an email but they couldn’t send it... It’s exhausting and none of the reps seem to be able to explain it either. It really feels like a bait and switch promotion. ☹️
