I signed up for Fios on January 31 which include a $50 amazon gift card.  When I log into the account to check the status, it states 

Reward status: Processing

Your reward is now processing! You can expect to receive your $50.00 egift Card card within approximately 30 days.


However, it has said that for more than 30 days and no card has been received by email or mail.  The page also says "Processing begins in 0 Days".


This is confusing.  I saw an article that the PA Attorney General  filed suit against Verizon for not delivering as promised. 

Who do I contact to receive the gift card or is this promotion a scam?
