I have been trying to solve this redemption problem with Verizon via phone calls, chats from 2 weeks ago, there is no link whatsoever to redeem this. Of cause, it expires soon. Every time I call, they transfe me around to different departments, Promotion, Marketing, Customer Services, you name it. And NO ONE can solve it. IS THIS A SCAM FROM VERIZON!!!??? You can't let your customers redeem it and wait until it expires? This needs to be reported.
