I have tried several times, through the phone and chat services, to redeem my amazon echo.  I am pretty frustrated that I signed up for the promotional only to have Verizon fall short.  I am never late with any of my bills and I find it disconserting that when I signed up for this promotional, Verizon fell through on their end.
