Anyone ever successfully reduced their triple play to Internet only?

I have a Triple Play pkg and can't afford it any longer.

Having been unemployed for over a year now I have to give up my cable service and home phone.

I need to keep my internet as it is necessary to search for jobs.

I would sincerely like to keep Verizon Internet but they seem to make it impossible to do so.

The once affordable $100 a month cost is now needed for utilities, rent and food.

I tried to do this on line and it is impossible.

Talking to a pop-up representative was a waste of time.

To add more dollars to your bill is quite simple and easy to do.

It would be a shame to cancel everything but it seems it would be a lot easier.

Has anyone been in this same horrible situation and successfully reduced their bill to internet only?.
