Apparently Verizon does not want me to upgrade my services

For some reason, every time I try to view my current services, I am redirected to a page saying to contact the local business office. This is not a widespread problem as other people I know are able to modify their services...... So much for wanting to add more channels and increasing my internet speed.....

Same thing is happening to me. I am in SE Pa. Can not view current services to upgrade them. Been like this for 10 days or so now. Checked every day. I'm told my account info not available and to call local office. Sorry but don't have the time to spend that much time on the phone. I just want to see what options I have to upgrade. 5 minutes online vs 45 min on phone.........
