I am trying to get a copy of phone calls made to and from my home phone for the months of January and February. The Calls & Messages list in Account Manager only goes back 30 days.
If I'm using digital voice, shouldn't there be an archive of my calls available that I can request?
I am having a HARD TIME trying to get this information. It is very important that I get this information.
It used to be on the phone bill, but now only toll calls are there. You used to be able to submit a request to Verizon to get this information, but no one at Verizon seems to know how to do this.
Can someone please help me??? Thank you.
