I am not sure I am in right area to post this.  Since the forum has changed from years ago.  Forgive me.

I am having an issue reistating my 2 year contract.

I have serious health issues and the last thing I need is to argue with Fios it makes my condition worse.

 

I remember years ago I could request a admin here to escalate my issue to someone at the right Fios department to call me.  Many years ago this was done for me and my issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

 

I would just like a new 2 year contract with everything excatly the same including the price. Unless they have a Christmas special .

 

It seems that fios no longer has a retention department.  Everyone who answers the phone says they are the retintion department.

 

I just wasted hours of my life wasting time on the phone.

I rather not leave Fios, but at this moment I feel forced to.
