I'm a new customer to FIOS who just signed up on 12/26/20. I immediately enrolled into Autopay. My account says that my first bill was due 1/20/21, but I have not been charged. I have been on the phone for an hour, and nobody has answered my chat messages.
Can someone please escalate this and advise what to do?
I don't want to be charged a late fees or end up with a surprise lump sum bill in the future.
