WHY AM I BEING BILLED ALMOST $40 MORE THAN LAST MONTH? I DID NOT CHANGE MY SERVICE, AND I ONLY REQUESTED A NEW BOX BECAUSE MY FAULTY ONE KEPT FREEZING, SOMWHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR A NEW ONE??? I’M TIRED OF GETTING THE RUN-AROUND FROM VERIZON!!! 😡😡😡
