Thanks for the follow-up.
However, after working with a dozen Verizon reps over the past 10 days including two from the "elite services" team, I have very little faith that anyone will actually contact me nor be able to fix this problem. Verizon's track record of failed call-backs, broken promises and poor tech support is what I am basing my opinion on.
Prove me wrong.

Update
Recieved a call today from a very nice gentlemen at Verizon named Mick.
Mick gave me two procedures to reactivate my account.
Unfortunately, neither of them worked.
Sorry Mick.
