A few months ago my FIOS box started beeping, went online and used the problem solver and found out I needed a battery. As usual, I couldn't get through to CS, (I work, during regular business hours) so I ordered it online (paid $35.00) Once received, I thought it was the wrong type, so I called Tech services and they sent another. (They were the same, I just didn't know what I was doing) So now I have 2 new battery's. Come to find out, I didn't need to pay for it in the first place and now trying to return it for credit. A manager tells me "Once you pay for something, it's yours"

I've been a customer for over 10 years and it never gets anyl ess expensive. To make a customer sorry for having this service over $35.00 is no ones idea of a great company.
