Verizon has been giving me the run around for about 2 months in regards to an issue of me being billed for a service they no longer afford starzpak/umlimted when I call to have this taken off my account the Rep I spoke with also took off my games on demand service. When I called back to tell them that I just wanted the strarzplay off not games on demand it was at that time that they informed me that they could not put it back on my account yet games on demand is still open to users. I understand they they are not taking any new orders but if I was already a subscriber and due to a verizon rep error was taken out why can I not be put back in.
