To Whom It May Concern:

I spoke to a Verizon technician yesterday.  Per my yesterday's conversation, it would cost me $159 to move my Verizon FiOS router from one room to another room and to restaple wires to the wall that were last stapled by a Verizon technician about 5 years ago. ($99 technician visit plus $60 relocation fee = $159.) I would also like to know what one television's remote control replacement fee is.  I would like to pay off the above fee(s) in 24 monthly installments after the aforementioned services are provided.  Please reply electronically.  Thank you.
