Bill after paid in full months ago

I too am a victim of this billing and scam issue. Months ago I shut off my internet and land line and I am now receiving calls from a supposed collection agency of Verizon. I've made hundreds of calls and hours of my time to Verizon (on hold and cold tranferred to wherever they feel like tranferring you too)  and can't get anything straight from anyone at the company (including supervisors and managers). I had to originally request my bill from Verizon and I PAID IN FULL.  I even visited the KIOSK and everyone tells me I OWE NOTHING yet I am getting these calls.  I have no account and no password so you can't even get through to anyone any longer.

What is going on with this company?????

Local TV will be handling this and the FTC unless this gets resolved. I physically getting sick over it.

Good luck.  I know it is a hassle.  My bill shows Paid In Full now.  I hope it stays that way.
